  • If you have the Verizon Support & Protection app downloaded to your lost device, you can sign in and attempt to find your missing device.
  • If your device is permanently lost or misplaced, please be sure to lock and erase it to protect your private information.

  • This prevents unauthorized use of your account and you can avoid being billed while you are not using your service.
