You have options when you lose or misplace your device
- If you have the Verizon Support & Protection app downloaded to your lost device, you can sign in and attempt to find your missing device.
- If your device is permanently lost or misplaced, please be sure to lock and erase it to protect your private information.
- If you can't recover your device, suspend your service at no charge.
- This prevents unauthorized use of your account and you can avoid being billed while you are not using your service.
File a claim with Asurion to replace your device
If your device is lost for good, you can file a claim. Here’s how it works:
